I need a really good book to read on an upcoming (17 hr) flight I'll be taking. Yes, I've already read the Twilight Series, but I'd love something nice and juicy like that. It has to capture my attention from the first chapter... Anyone, anyone........ Buhler? :)

I wrote you an e-mail before I read your blog, but the "shopaholic" series is the best vacation read of the world. I love Becky Bloomwood and can relate to some of the crap she tries to pull. I would so suggest this... Iloved the whole series and anything by Sophie Kinsella... Light and funny! Try it out. I said in the e-mail that I am sad that I have already read them twice, for I would love to be just stumbling upon them so I could experience it all over again!
Thank you so much Amy! I'm going to the book store today.
You know me -- my favorite books are the true life tragedies. I heard the book "Mistaken Identities" is a good one, if you like the same reading I do!
You must read jemima j by jane green, it is so good.... Very juicy!
I am a huge book reader too. So I am writing down everyone's suggestions. I just read a good one called The Thirteenth Tale, but I cannot remember who wrote it. It was good though.
Thanks you guys for all the great advice!
memoires of a geisha was fascinating. loved it. stones fromt the river was great, too, but tragic. an easy read that sucked me in and also had some tragic was beach music from pat conroy. where you going for 17 hours?
I am going to South Africa... probably not real smart to post here, but I have people staying at my house the whole time so I guess it's no big deal. We are going on a hunt (my husband's bright idea) for the first part and then down to Cape Town to shop and sight see. CRAZY! Thanks for the book tips Mindi!
